Who We Share Data With

We share your information only with trusted service providers who help us run the site. These include analytics companies and hosting providers. They act strictly on our instructions and must protect your data. We never sell your personal data to anyone. Your information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We take your privacy seriously.

Why We Hold This Information

Contact form data is kept only to respond to your enquiry. We use it to answer your questions or address any issues you raise about the platform. Technical data such as your IP address and browser type helps us maintain the site's security, diagnose problems, and improve your experience. It also helps us understand how visitors use the lobby in general.

Your Rights to Access and Deletion

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we delete your data. To make such a request, please use the contact page on the site. We will respond to your request in line with Malaysia's personal data protection law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. There is no charge for making a valid request.

How Long We Keep Records

We keep your contact form submission only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry. Once the matter is closed, the record is deleted within a reasonable period. Technical logs that contain your IP address and browsing data are retained for a limited time, typically a few months, and then securely erased. We do not hold data longer than necessary.

Cookies and Your Choice

The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to help us analyse traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. If you turn off cookies, some features of the site may not work as smoothly. For example, you might need to log in again more often, or certain personalised settings may be lost.

Information We Collect

When you fill in the contact form on the site, we collect the personal details you provide, such as your name, email address, and any message you write. This information is submitted voluntarily by you. Our web server also automatically records technical data each time you visit the lobby. This includes your IP address, the type of browser you use, and the pages you view. These records are standard for most websites.
